We helped our client to redesign the Videolibrary Portal creating a unique customer experience for users all over the world. By following a user-centered design approach we improved usability of the website, bringing the real needs and expectations of end users to the center of the design process. As a result we helped their sales network in over 150 countries, reaching more than 300 companies on the international audiovisual market.
